We are rapidly approaching the end of 2020. This past year has been challenging for everyone. The pandemic has required us to continually adjust overall operations while working to provide the service levels expected at our community. We have also been very mindful of the ongoing financial challenges many of you have faced. In March, we eliminated late fees and allowed the option of extended payment plans. We are hopeful that these initiatives have been helpful as we all adjust to our own personal challenges.
Effective January 1st, 2021, late fees will be applied on balances owed. To avoid late fees, you will need to ensure your 2021 obligations are paid on-time prior to the expiration of the grace period and that you pay your payment arrangement as agreed.
We appreciate all who have continued to pay their rent on time. We are also appreciative of those who have stayed in contact with us and made payment arrangements.
