These acquisitions include strategic expansions in secondary and tertiary markets in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Indiana. Each newly acquired asset will undergo both exterior and interior renovations as part of the firm’s ongoing value-add strategy.
Future Growth:
The firm continues to aggressively seek out additional investment opportunities during the current year and is ready to move quickly. Haley Real Estate Group, LLC is looking for long-term holds with current cash flow.
- 150+ unit properties
- 1980 or newer construction
- Class A & B properties with strong cash flow or a value-add opportunity
- Well located class C properties with major upside requiring a moderate or heavy rehab
Additionally, the firm is interested in significant physical condition or dysfunctional operational issues and has equity in place to acquire an additional 3-5 properties this year including:
- Hard-to-do deals
- Off-market transactions
- Secondary and tertiary including very small markets
- Assets/Markets in transition
- Sellers willing to consider preemptive offers
